Privacy and data-rights requests: handled per the legal-basis routing in our Privacy Policy. GDPR (EEA / UK): within 30 days. CCPA / CPRA (California): within 45 days. PIPEDA (Canada): within 30 days.
Editorial corrections: investigated within 48 hours; corrections published with a dated note above the affected article body.
What we handle
We respond to: bug reports for the calculator, factual corrections to articles, source disputes (please cite a primary source), preset suggestions, accessibility issues, and business / partnership inquiries. We do our best to confirm receipt of any safety-related correction within one business day.
We do not handle: individual cooking troubleshooting (the relevant article almost always has the answer in its troubleshooting section), warranty or repair questions for specific air-fryer brands (please contact the manufacturer directly), recipe customization requests, or guest-post solicitations from third-party agencies.
